APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Colorado Springs

Honestly, reading the reviews almost made the biggest decision for my new journey. Moved here from Oklahoma/California as I was balancing back and forth. Let me just say, The reviews aren’t needed. The place yes is getting remodeled which is looking so nice, the front desk staff Ty and Cindy are always trying to make sure you have what you need in a timely matter. They do a lot and I see . Doesn’t smell like urine, I barely see my neighbors and when I do. They are all so nice. No gym though so was super disappointed for that as that’s a main reason I picked this building but she mentioned remodeling is happening so hoping for that. Also no dog area, but there’s a beautiful sunflower field just right up the block which is way better anyways for the mind. The reviews sound like angry people who didn’t get what they want. My apartment is updated, beautiful. I have a great view of the mountains. Construction is happening next door but not too early, which is lovely. They usually start about 8-9 am which is life. It’ll stop soon! Hope this review helps anyone reading those super negative ones. Very happy so far 🫶🏼

Great place to be living very helpful staff

Apartments are under new management and things are improving! The building is older but apartments are nice. Ariel, the new manager, cares about tenants concerns, listens, and follows through. Neighborhood is nice as well!

I moved in a year ago. Staff is professional and courteous. I have had no issues that didn’t get corrected immediately. Love it here

The staff @ broadmoor park Terrace is friendly, experienced and awesome. They take care of their resident and vendors! Working with them as a vendor for many years and appreciate their support.

I haven’t had any issues. The one maintenance request I had was complete. The management has been very nice (both Scott and Aliena) I enjoyed the yard sale we had last month and would enjoy seeing that again.

The landlord was very helpful in the lease renewal process.

This property is in a beautiful area of town. The team here, Scott and Andrew, are fantastic and easy to work with. They are always very responsive and understanding. Would highly recommend this property!
